David Hallberg Act I Sleeping Beauty. He's a true artist and he is a very clean stable dancer. He broke his ankle in this dance the night before.
In January when I returned back to class my teachers worked me very hard for the next moth and a half. Everyday they would rehearse me for a international ballet competition called YAGP. I learned Swan Lake Pas de Trois act I variation, La Bayadere Solor act III variation, Giselle Peasant Pas Act I variation, Paquita Pas De Trois variation (i'm not sure which act) and Satenalla Act II variation. In January my teachers decided to only bring Satenella and Giselle which played to my strengths. I danced in Denver Colorado and I got there the day before the competition to get ready. It was scary and I hardly felt like I was dancing. I felt as if I was standing on a huge stage walking around as a bunch of old dancers watched. My results were lower then I would've liked but I ended up getting top twelve. Following YAGP I started rehearsing for Cinderella the ballet which would be performed in April. I got two parts: Harvest dance in Act I (I don't think it's originally from the ballet) and I was in the ball scene. Following this I went home for a moth and returned in June. I danced Puck in A Midsummer Nights Dream and it was an amazing role for me. Went along with my personality haha. I've just started my third year at the Brindusa Moore and I hope to improve.
